As a small business owner, I wore a lot of hats and juggle a ton of responsibilities - from delighting customers to making sure employees are taken care of, there is never enough time in the day.

And somewhere in-between - we were missing calls and sales!

What we did about it

We needed someone to help take every call, but didn't want to spend a fortune hiring an in-house receptionist. So we decided to create Squad support because it was need that we felt that it could help other small to medium-sized businesses work better, faster, and more cost effective.
