Hours & What we do

  • Do you offer a free trial?

    Absolutely! We are delighted to offer a free 7-day trial for first-time users of our Virtual Receptionist service. We offer a simple, no-fuss way to cancel service should you decide to cancel service.

  • How can I communicate with my receptionist?

    You can choose to communicate with your very own Squad support receptionist through text messages, phone calls or email correspondence. Whichever is the most convenient for you!

  • Are you able to handle scheduling?

    Yes! Our receptionists are trained and able to handle our client’s scheduling needs.

  • What hours do you operate?

    Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

    * After hour calls and voice mails will be directly sent to your email. 

Legal and Service

  • Can you make outbound calls for me?

    We sure can! Our virtual receptionists are are happy to relay calls or confirm appointments. These minutes are simply added to your inbound call minutes and subtracted from your chosen monthly package of minutes.

  • Do you have an annual contract I have to sign?

    Nope! We have a simple month-to-month agreement with no contracts.

    However, we do require a 14-day notice to cancel your plan prior to your upcoming cycle date, after you become a paid client.
